Tracey Barbour is an ordained minister, Bible teacher, prayer trainer, author, certified leadership
development coach, speaker, trainer, and Executive Director with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.
Her passion is to help people discover their God-given potential, deepen their relationship with Christ,
develop their leadership capacity, and multiply their impact for the Kingdom of God.

For decades, Tracey has faithfully taught God's Word with a practical, life-changing approach that
equips believers to move beyond information into transformation. Her teaching ministry emphasizes

As the author of It's Time to Pray and How to Pray with Power, Tracey has dedicated much of her
ministry to helping believers develop a vibrant, consistent, and effective prayer life. Her passion is to
see Christians move beyond routine religious practices into a deeper, more intimate relationship with
God through prayer. Her prayer training equips individuals and churches with practical biblical
principles that strengthen faith, increase confidence in prayer, and help believers experience God's
presence and power in their daily lives.

In addition to her ministry, Tracey serves as an Executive Director with Maxwell Leadership, where she
is certified to coach, train, facilitate, and speak in the areas of leadership development,
communication, team effectiveness, and personal growth. Having been personally trained and
mentored by Dr. John C. Maxwell and members of his world-class faculty, she brings a unique blend of
biblical wisdom and proven leadership principles to every audience she serves.

For more than thirty years, Tracey has led in demanding business environments where leadership,
relationships, and results mattered. Through those experiences, she discovered that people rarely fail
because they lack talent—they struggle because they eventually encounter barriers that convince
them they have reached their limits. That realization became the foundation of her life's mission:
helping people move beyond fear, failure, disappointment, and limiting beliefs to become everything
God has created them to be.
